Product Description

The supply voltage for this thermostat is AC100-240V 50/60HZ, with support for 4 kinds of thermocouples (K, J, E, N) that users can freely switch between. The display shows the process value (PV), set value (SV), output (OUT), alarm (ALM), and self-tuning (AT) status. Temperature units can be displayed in either Celsius ℃ or Fahrenheit ℉, and the control modes include PID control (which includes NO/OFF, bit type PID, and continuous PID) as well as self-tuning control.

The thermostat works in either reverse action (heating) or positive action (cooling) modes, and users can set the desired mode. It has a measurement accuracy of ±0.5%FS with a sampling period of 0.5 seconds. The set value range for SV is the same as the range for PV, and the proportional band (P) ranges from 0 to the full range. Integration time (I) ranges from 0 to 999 seconds, while differential time (D) ranges from 0 to 999 seconds. The proportional period can be set from 1 to 100 seconds, and the bit control output hysteresis loop width ranges from 1 to 100℃ (or other PV units).

The thermostat has a main control output and supports relay output with contact capacity AC250V 3A (for resistive load) as well as voltage pulse output ranging from 0-12V for external solid-state relay SSR. The alarm function output has 6 modes for selection, with contact capacity AC250V 3A. Power consumption is efficient, and the use environment temperature should not exceed 0-50℃ with humidity not exceeding 30-80%RH and no corrosive gas present.
