AGPTEK Digital PID Temperature Controller - Dual Display Fahrenheit & Celsius

This is a bid for a dual display universal digital programmable temperature controller that supports many types of thermocouple sensors. It can be powered by 90-265V AC/DC, with a consumption of 5VA, and a DIN 1/16 form factor. The controller features 3 built-in Auto-Tuning Time proportion PID Algorithms to choose from for different applications or environments that need to be controlled, such as heating or cooling in various industries or home projects.

The accuracy of the controller is 0.2% and it supports inputs such as Thermo Resistor: PT100, Cu50 and Thermocouple: J, S, K, E, Wre3 ~ Wre25. The dimension of the controller is DIN 1/16 (48mmX48mmX80mm) and it weighs about 150g. It allows for individually programmable PID control parameters P, I, D, controlling period, digital filter coefficient, and more, suitable for control theory experts. Additionally, it is SSR control-ready to connect external Solid State Relay to handle high current.

The controller is versatile with applications such as auto systems in the light industry, chemistry, machine, metallurgy, ceramics, petrification industry, as well as temperature control and adjustment systems for food & beverage, ovens, furnaces, plastic extruder heating processes, and more. It features one key operation, Auto-tuning PID/Fuzzy PID control for easy operation and reliable performance. The input options include TC (K, J, S, E)/RTD (Pt100, Cu50) universal input, or 4-20mA/0-10V signal from standard pressure/level transmitters (24V/30mA supply available for standard transmitters).

Control outputs include RELAY, SSR, SCR, 4-20mA, 0-10V, with the option to choose between PID control or analog output for 4-20mA output. The controller also has 2 lines of alarm output with 7 kinds of alarm modes. The dual display shows Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius, with a range from -1999 to 9999 depending on the input signal. The main output is Relay, Normal open, AC 250V/3A DC 30V/3A COSφ=1, and it supports PID cooling/heating control with the option to choose normal alarm output via software.
