High Voltage PID Thermostat with K Thermocouple and SSR - Jaybva Temperature Controller

The power supply for this PID temperature controller is 90-265V AC/DC, with a 25A solid state relay type included. The mounting dimension is DIN 1/16 (cutting size: 48mmX48mmX80mm) and the thermocouple included has a M6*1 thread, K type, and a 2m cable. The display features a dual display for Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius (C), with a range of -199°C to 1800°C depending on the input signal.

The main output is an SSR with open circuit at 4V and closed circuit at 24V40mA DC. It also has auto-tuning PID cooling/heating control, 1 RELAY alarm (normal open, capacity 250V/3A AC or 30V/3A DC), and an accuracy of 0.2%. The universal input includes Thermo Resistor: PT100, Cu50 and Thermocouple: J, S, K, E, Wre3 ~ Wre25.

Alarm output includes 1 line output with 7 different alarm modes. The controller can read temperatures in Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius (C) with a power-off memory function.

Additionally, this PID temperature controller features a dual LED display, dual output with 7 different combinations, built-in autotuning, and a wide application range. It can be used in systems for light industry, chemistry, machinery, metallurgy, ceramics, petrification, food & beverage, smoker, incubator, oven, furnace, plastic extruder, and more.
